"Finding Balance During Breaks"

As many college students look forward to a well-deserved break this summer, we know that time away from campus can also present its own unique set of challenges and stressors. With this in mind, we've created a new self-help guide, "Finding Balance During Breaks," that includes tips for maintaining healthy routines, relationships, and more during breaks from school. We've also included ways to stay connected with the Counseling Center and our resources, in addition to a variety of national resources that may be helpful for students while away from campus. Check it out on the Self-Help page of our website for this and other self-help materials. Happy summer!
