Feelin' Good Workshop Series!

Stay connected with the Counseling Center this summer! We are offering workshops each week to help you reduce isolation, build new skills, and increase mental wellbeing and coping. Workshops are 45-60 minutes. They are offered live via Zoom and as recordings on our YouTube channel and Instagram page. We can provide verification of attendance if your faculty members offer extra credit. To see the schedule and Zoom instructions, log in here, search for Counseling and Psychological Services, and view the “Events” section of our portal. We hope to see you soon!
