All students are welcome at the Creative Coping expressive arts drop-in studio every Tuesday from 1-3 pm in the Plemmons Student Union. Creative Coping weekly drop-in space was developed with evidence-based research surrounding the benefits of expressive arts, focusing on students creating art to reduce stress, create community, and increase self-awareness and mindfulness. No art experience is needed; students can drop in for 5 minutes or stay the entire 2 hours. Creative expression is encouraged, and supplies are provided. Check out the locations below.
