Withdrawals/Reinstatement

Reinstatements:  For students who were granted a Psychological Withdrawal by the Counseling and Psychological Services Center prior to January 1, 2020, reinstatement will continue through the Counseling Center.  Please call the Counseling Center at 828-262-3180 if you have any questions about this process or the documentation needed.

 Withdrawals:  Beginning in the Spring 2020 Semester, including late withdrawal requests for extenuating circumstances, please refer to the Office of the Registrar website for details.

Emergency Services

The Counseling Center offers after-hours emergency coverage for urgent mental health concerns such as suicidal thoughts, sexual assault, and other trauma.  Call the Counseling Center at 828-262-3180 and select the option to speak with the counselor on-call.
