Qualifications
Practicum II applicants must have successfully completed Practicum I. Practicum III applicants must have successfully completed Practcium II.

How to Apply
Applicants for advanced practica are asked to submit the following:

• One page summary of interests and goals
• Brief vita highlighting course work and clinical experiences
• Graduate Staff Application Form
• Three references from advisor and/or previous supervisor(s) on the reference form provided by the Counseling Center

These dates are the formal deadlines for the application. The Counseling Center may accept and process applications after the deadline if space is available in the training program.
